Yum Yum Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 Cook corn according to package directions.
  • 3 Drain water.
  • 4 then mix in butter, cream cheese, garlic, sugar, salt, and parsley.
  • 5 Spoon into a casserole dish.
  • 6 bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
