  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • 1 Combine eggs, milk and butter, beating well.
  • 2 Sift flour, salt, and sugar together.
  • 3 Beat well.
  • 4 Cook as a pancake.
  • 5 Batter will be crepe thin.
  • 6 Spread with filling; roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
