Ingredients

  • 2 -3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup organic yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farms Banilla)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered soy protein concentrate
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice (or orange juice)

Directions

  • 1 Add all ingredients to blender.
  • 2 Blend well.
  • 3 Enjoy.
