Pepper-Cheese Scramble

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1 Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • 2 Pour in buttered skillet.
  • 3 Add green pepper (you can use other peppers too).
  • 4 Turn until just set, then add cheese.
  • 5 Slide out onto plate.
  • 6 Serve with toast of choice.
