No Flour No Sugar Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • 1 Mix oatmeal with yogurt and set aside.
  • 2 Mash banana and chop the walnuts.
  • 3 Mix all ingredients together.
  • 4 Cook as you would other pancakes.
  • 5 Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired, or top with applesauce.
