Easy Salmon Creamy Eggs

Ingredients

  • 142 ml double cream
  • 120 g smoked salmon, trimmings
  • 2 large eggs
  • butter
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to Gas mark 7.
  • 2 Grease two small dishes with butter.
  • 3 Ruffle the salmon and arrange in the dish.
  • 4 Pour over half the cream in each pot (or perhaps a little less.
  • 5 Then crack one egg into each pot.
  • 6 Sprinkle with the black pepper.
  • 7 Cook in the oven for around 6-8 mins or until the eggs have set.
