  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 3 cups cooked white rice


  • 1 Heat wok over medium heat, add oil swirl to coat pan.
  • 2 Add veggies, cook stir often for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3 Add rice, cook for 10 minutes, stir often until rice is light brown.
  • 4 Add soy sauce, stir to coat rice. Serve warm.
