Danish Puffs (Bisquick)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions

  • 1 Stir together muffin batter ingredients for 30 seconds.
  • 2 Bake at 400 degrees in greased mini-muffin tin for 10-12 minutes.
  • 3 Cool slightly and roll tops of muffins in melted butter, then cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • 4 Makes 24 mini muffins.
