Basil Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 -2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 4 fresh ears of corn

Directions

  • 1 Combine basil, oil, red pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • 2 Remove husks from corn.
  • 3 Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy foil.
  • 4 Brush ears with mixture.
  • 5 Wrap corn in the foil.
  • 6 Place corn on the grill rack directly over medium coals. Grill uncovered about 20 minutes/until kernels are tender, turning frequently.
