Sour Cream Rye Bread (ABM)

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup medium rye flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast

Directions

  • 1 Place all ingredients in the pan according to the manufacturer of your bread machine.
  • 2 Select basic/white cycle and medium crust color.
  • 3 Do not use delay cycle.
  • 4 Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
