Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sliced mango
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberry, washed and hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey (to taste)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4-1/3 cup 2% low-fat milk

Directions

  • 1 Add yogurt, milk, and honey.
  • 2 Add pineapple and blend.
  • 3 Add mango and strawberries; blend until smooth.
