Lacey Almond Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten divided
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 325, line cookie sheet with parchment paper or non stick foil.
  • 2 Mix oats, sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, 1/2 of egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Add almonds.
  • 3 Drop by teaspoons 3 inches apart (they spread).
  • 4 Bake for 10-12 mins, edges should be slightly browned.
  • 5 Let cool then peel from paper/foil.
