Creamy Crunchy Skillet Corn

  • 1 (20 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • salt and black pepper


  • 1 Melt butter in a large non stick skillet and stir in corn, sugar and cornmeal.
  • 2 Cover and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 Season to taste with salt and pepper and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
